"PayTrust Africa" is a trading name of Nexus MDA-Care Services Ltd., registered in Ghana.

1. Introduction

Welcome to PayTrust! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our Services

PayTrust provides a secure platform for collaborative group pool vaults, content monetization (PayLinks) featuring automated split payments via Paystack, and Secure Payments. For Secure Payments and Group Pools, all customer funds are collected and held directly by our custodian bank. For Secure Payments, funds are safely held in escrow until the transaction is finalized. Once the buyer and seller mutually confirm delivery, the funds are released by our custodian bank to the seller. If the transaction is disputed or not completed, funds can be refunded to the buyer. Our role is to act as the software dashboard facilitating these marketplace services securely and reliably.

3. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, money laundering, and transactions involving illegal goods or services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

PayTrust is not a party to any agreement between users. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Services, including disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
